Technically, you're not supposed to be driving around the backroads near Tortugas Mountain, but technicalities never stop people from doing what they want. Like this guy in a black jeep.
I'll admit that off-roading can be a lot of fun, but it can also ruin the desert experience for others seeking solitude.
At least this guy wasn't going fast enough to really kick up the dust.
