Oh,that broke my heart when I saw it. Please extend my sympathies to your friend, from one lab lover to another. That beautiful friend of yours had a good life - that's for certain. I am sorry for the loss to you and Dr. K as well - Hugs, Ruby
Thanks, Ruby, that really means a lot. I know how much of a dog lover you are. Yes, JC and his wife have a huge emptiness to deal with--as do we all. They got Shaque when he was 49 days old, and he almost made it to 16 years.
Shaque will always be remembered by many of us in Fairbanks. My heart goes out to JC & Olivia -- it's never easy, no matter how old they get. What a treasure chest of memories. Shaque was one of kind with a huge heart & spirit larger than life.
