Dental Health Day

Becca and I did a fairly long hike west of the mountain this morning.  It was pretty cold out there:  low 20s with a persistent wind.  If it had been this cold yesterday morning we would have had to abort our trek before even getting started into Soledad Canyon.  For the last third of our hike today the wind blew pretty strongly, making for unpleasant conditions.  After returning home I had to head to the dentist for a teeth cleaning.  Dr. K had to make an appointment for herself today because one of her teeth has been bothering her.  The last time this happened to her she had to have a root canal.  I hope she doesn't suffer the same fate today.

I like the photo of the wheelbarrow, Packrat. I'm glad you were able to get a hike in, and appreciate the beauty of the desert, before you went to the dentist.
