Dirt Road Redux

About halfway into this morning's trek
Dr. K, Willow, Frio and I did nearly the same hike we did yesterday, and we ran into the same three women hikers we encountered then--three very friendly women who greeted us warmly.

Nearly to the southernmost east/west dirt road we slipped into the "new" arroyo, explored about half of it, watered the Heelers and ourselves while the former critters relaxed in the shade, and then headed back.

We ran into nobody else on the final leg; in fact, we saw no vehicles parked in the makeshift lot at the intersection of Tellbrook and Sonoma Ranch Road.  The absence of vehicles there is a pretty unusual sight.
Unless otherwise captioned all images are of flowering Soaptree Yuccas
