Cloudless with Contrails

Soaptree Yucca
24F when we hit the trail this morning; mercifully the wind was in abeyance.  Bright sunshine brightened the prospect of a less-than-frigid hike, and, indeed, that proved to be the case.  Heading for a high in the low-50s today.

Did our usual trek, with the Heelers off-lead for a bit longer; they were very well behaved.  They sure do enjoy their freedom during our desert treks.  Of course they're allowed to run free in our backyard.

Since we weren't in a hurry to do anything after our outing we took a long drive while listening to "Greenie" on ESPN radio out of El Paso.
