Too Breezy

Weather conditions wouldn't have been bad when we started off this morning--31F, no clouds, brilliant sunshine--but a persistent cold breeze made things uncomfortable.  Heelers didn't seem to mind, though.

Although we did see Mr. and Mrs. Basset with their hounds standing alongside Tellbrook Road as we drove up to the trailhead we didn't spot them again after that.

In fact we saw no one else in our section of northern Chihuahuan Desert during the outing.
