Heelers and I

Doña Ana Mountains
Dr. K was off doing the weekly grocery shopping while the Heelers and I were trekking around our section of northern Chihuahuan Desert.  Despite the rain sprinkling in the early morning we were lucky to do the entire hike without so much as a drop falling on us.

Because of the high humidity and the mild weather (50F) it felt rather warm while we were out there today.  Willow and Frio seemed perfectly happy to be outside in these conditions and they enjoyed themselves immensely.

Due to dynamic lighting I was able to capture a few decent photos while we were exploring today.
