Three for the Trail

Southwestern sky
Dr. K had a meeting to attend this morning so it was Frio, Willow and me on the daily trek.  Cold as a Norseman's brass athletic protector out there today, though we're supposed to warm to 60F this afternoon.

We saw no one during the hike, but on the drive home we passed several people walking with their dogs; and, I must say, Willow and Frio didn't go ballistic when spotting the other canines.

After lunch I took both Heelers in the backyard to play.  Frio loves catching a thrown ball and Willow loves lying down in the sun (her form of play).  We were just about to go back inside when Dr. K pulled into the garage.  Willow was ecstatic to see her.
