Holy Hike!

Dr. K, Becca and I did a long hike around Tortugas mountain this morning.  We were stunned to see an Ocotillo flower in full bloom at the end of a wand with yellowing leaves.  A real late-bloomer, indeed.  There were many people out enjoying the warm temperatures today, and we had encounters with joggers, mountain bikers and people hiking with dogs.  Becca was on her best behavior, though, something Dr. K and I both appreciated.
