Sunday Morning Mountaineering

Pre-hike relaxation technique
Dr. K, Becca and I were up early for a long hike on and about Tortugas Mountain.  Surprisingly, there were only a few people out and about.  Many people probably were in church worshipping their God, but we like to spend our Sunday mornings in Nature's cathedral.  We feel closer to spiritual things out there.
