The humidity didn't stop us from doing our normal hike up to Second Arroyo and back because the temperature was somewhat cooler and an intermittent light breeze made it more bearable.
We did see in the distance a hiker with a green shirt hiking west through the desert, his/her white dog leading the way, but we never got nearly close enough to encounter them.
Despite the high humidity we had a decent trek, though we were all grateful for the comfort of the CR-V by the time we got back to it.
