Cold Tuesday

Soaptree Yuccas alongside LDR-A arroyo
Dr. K, Willow, Frio and I did a morning hike in distinctly different conditions than yesterday; although the sun was shining and the breeze wasn't stiff the air was cold, freezing to be exact:  32F.  It never really warmed up much during our outing.

We saw Mr. and Mrs. Basset and their hounds descending LDR almost parallel to our position; at one moment a single hound was visible as it approached barking at us.  But the man called the dog off, and the chance of any encounter was really nil.

After lunch we took the dogs into the backyard and I played ball with Frio for a short time before we all came back inside due to the chill in the air.
