Alternate Path Again

Tortugas Mountain on the horizon
As we started down LDR-A arroyo this morning I saw two people with a dog heading our way on LDR.  To avoid contact we turned east immediately and bushwhacked over to Right Branch Arroyo.

We headed down the right branch to the junction with the left, trekked up the left branch midway and began bushwhacking again to the east.

We climbed to the crest of the hill where Swainson's Hawks like to perch atop a Torrey Yucca.  I took a few photos and then we headed back the way we came, again entering the left branch, crossing to the middle branch and descending to the junction with the right.  We ascended the right branch and exited over the steep hill to the west.

After our outing the "O"s and I took a ride around various neighborhoods before heading home.
