Bad Air, Brutal Sun, High Humidity, but a Breeze

Young Whitethorn Acacia
Dr. K, Willow and I took a hike in near brutal conditions this morning; the air was incredibly bad, the sun beat down on us, the humidity was high from a late storm last night, but there was a steady breeze that helped ameliorate the unpleasant weather.

We followed our usual route, stopping for shade and water along the way.  Fortunately, despite the late-night rain, there weren't an abundance of ants out and about so we didn't worry too much about Willow laying in the dirt.

Despite the poor conditions we got in some good exercise during our outing.
