Leaves At Last

This is the latest (June 10th) that I've ever seen the Ocotillos leaf out, and it seemed like only the younger ones that were expending the energy to do so.  None of the old-timers had leaves yet.

We could definitely see and smell smoke from the fire in Arizona's Coronado National Forest.  The Horseshow Two fire is now at 128K acres.
