2/3 of the Way Around Tortugas

On the south side of the mountain
Dr. K, Becca and I started off in the Monte Vista parking area of the Tortugas Mountain Trails system, hiked two-thirds of the way around the mountain and back.  We had direct contact with three joggers and several mountain bikers.  It felt pretty hot this morning, even though the overall temperature is beginning to go down.  Fortunately, a nice breeze kept things bearable.  We got a lot of good exercise before returning to the ranch to relax.
