Not as Bad as Yesterday

Yellow flowers on a Prickly Pear Cactus
It was quite windy this morning, but not like yesterday; today we could actually see the mountains.  But it was pretty cold, and the lack of sun added to the chill.  I brought gloves along, but never used them; glad I wore my anorak, though.  The only person we saw out there this morning was the mountain biker pictured in the last image.  Having done a lot of biking myself in the distant past I knew just what kind of struggle he was having against the elements.  But he was doing it for fun, and I'm sure he enjoyed himself.
