Another Cold Morning

Tree alongside LDR
Pretty cold (24F) again this morning, but we were blessed with abundant sunshine and a lack of wind.  There were a few times when a breeze threatened to turn gusty, but it never happened.

We trekked up to Second Arroyo, spent a little time within, and then headed back to the upper flatland where our CR-V was parked.

While we were out there we saw nobody else in our little corner of the northern Chihuahuan Desert, a fact that didn't disappoint us.

Inside Second Arroyo

Soaptree and Ocotillo

West of Tortugas

Soaptrees and a dead tree

This and the next:  Willow and Frio

Far up Second Arroyo

This and the next:  same Soaptree

Last 3:  find Jerry Garcia
