Complete 180

Upper flatland road
Today was almost the exact opposite of yesterday--no fog, only a few clouds crowding down over the Organ Mountains.  The humidity was still high, but the sun shone brightly and there was no breeze.

We hiked up to Second Arroyo, stopped in for water and a few photos, and then bushwhacked across to First Arroyo.  Exiting the arroyo to the west we went south down LDR where we encountered the husband/wife jogging team we see out there often on a Saturday morning.

It was a near perfect outing, blemished only by overly energetic Heelers who were bent on pulling my arms out of their shoulder sockets.  Don't know what got into those two this morning, but they were a bit hard to deal with.

Beautiful photos of those interesting cloud formations and the desert. I especially like the second photo you captioned "Soaptree Yucca and the Organs."
