Back on the Road

Snow on the Organs
We were able to get back on the road (both LDR and LDR-A) this morning for a cold hike up to First Arroyo.  It was 26F with a light wind--enough of a wind to make it feel quite chilly out there.

Willow and Frio were both into the long hike since they hadn't been able to burn much energy the previous two days.  It was so frigid, though, that neither one protested when we didn't stop for water.

Saw nobody else out there today, and we weren't surprised by the absence of other nature enthusiasts.

I like the photos of the snow inside the yucca leaves. What a good eye you have, Packrat.
