Saturday Sprint

Hill just west of LDR-A
It was hot when Dr. K, Willow, Frio and I were doing our morning hike today, but it didn't feel nearly as oppressive as yesterday; for one thing a slight breeze helped cool us off.

Did our normal trek, down LDR-A arroyo, where we encountered the small Gopher Snake, east on the east/west cross trail, up the left branch, down the middle branch and up the right branch of the "new" arroyo.  Climbed out of the right branch up the hill just east of the upper flatland road.

The short drive home with the air conditioner turned up in the CR-V helped cool us down.
