Low Desert Redux

The desert is even drier than it looks
Back in the low desert for our regular hike this morning.  Because it already felt hot--we're heading for a high of 94F today--we added no extra distance.

We saw no other outdoor enthusiasts (aka crazies) out there, and we were not surprised.  I took a few interesting photos during our exploration, notably the female Long-horned bee collecting prickly pear flower pollen.

After our trek we returned home and I gave myself a haircut, which took far too long this time.
