A Bit of Morning Bushwhack

Ash-throated Flycatcher
We did our usual hike with a bit of added distance; bushwhacked east from the left branch arroyo, crossed to the saddle, climbed 4210 hill, looked around and then retraced our steps.

It was sunny out there, but not windy, and it felt a little warmer than yesterday.  I was pleased to get some fairly decent images of avian friends in their element today, including the first Scott's Oriole I photographed this season.

Great images of all of the birds we saw. I love the ones of the Scott's Oriole.
