1st 3: Very wet desert
|
Until I checked the radar at about 9 this morning we weren't sure if we could get in a hike today. But the satellite view showed the rain moving slightly south of where we would be so Dr. K and I decided to give it a shot. Willow was all in.
We did our usual trek, getting sprinkled on in the process; the precip was nothing too concerning, though. Needless to say we saw no other loonies out and about in the very wet desert.

Willow never complains about getting wet as long as we're hiking.
