Not All The Way

Cloudy start
Dr. K, Becca and I did a long hike two-thirds of the way around Tortugas Mountain and back this morning.  We were an hour early according to our body clocks; that's because we had set all of our timepieces ahead last night due to Daylight Savings Time.  There's a bill in the New Mexico State legislature right now whose goal is to do away with the time change.  If it actually passes, though, we'd be an hour earlier than El Paso, Texas at this time of year, causing havoc for Dr. K who still teaches at UTEP.

Packrat, it was nice to see a few of the mustard flowers that you had on the blog the other day.

Did you put any on your ham-and-cheese sandwich, Dr. K?

Don't legislators have anything better to do than tinker around the margins? These people actually get paid for this foolishness.
