Far Side Fun

Chubby Collared Lizard who lives at our place
Dr. K, Becca and I took a long hike behind Tortugas Mountain this morning.  The weather was nearly perfect:  a high overcast with a significant breeze.  Every once in a while the sun broke through to heat things up, but it disappeared soon enough.  There weren't many people in the outback, but we did encounter a few hikers and bikers on the road behind the mountain.  It felt good to get out into the Chihuahuan Desert for some exercise, and we put some significant mileage on our paws and feet.
