A Hummingbird on Tuesday

Claret Cup
Frio, Willow and I hiked up to First Arroyo on a very windy morning; the temperature was pleasant, though, a cool 60F.  We stopped inside the arroyo for a water break, and I spent a good deal of time photographing a small Black-chinned Hummingbird that was hanging around in our area.  Only captured a few decent images.

We saw a few other critters while we were cruising around our section of the northern Chihuahuan Desert, but no humans or canines.  As we like it.

Got in some decent exercise on this windy Tuesday morning.

I like the first photo of Willow and Frio. That's one of their typical postures.
