Brutal or Thereabouts

Alongside LDR-A
It was brutally hot when Willow, Frio and I hiked up to First Arroyo this morning.  We stopped in for a shade and water break before heading back.  Saw nobody else in our section of northern Chihuahuan Desert today.

The thermometer in the CR-V read "91F" when we climbed inside for the short ride home.  Air conditioning sure felt good during the drive.

That's it:  the sum of the reportage regarding today's outing.
