Cool Wind

View of Tortugas and the Organs from LDR-A
The cold front ushered in on a cool wind was evident this morning as Willow, Frio and I bushwhacked in the desert northeast of the Tellbrook Arroyo.  The difference in temperature between yesterday and today was a nice change.

We saw nobody else during our outing, though there were about ten vehicles parked in the corner lot at Tellbrook and Sonoma Ranch.  I felt especially glad not to see the man and woman hikers with three loose dogs that we've seen on consecutive previous Sundays.

The Heelers were well behaved today, notably Willow who didn't pull nearly as much during our trek.  My right shoulder and right arm were grateful for the respite.

I like the photo of the Potrillo Mountains. And of course I always love to see our Heelers.
