Another Odd Day

This & next 2:  clouds over the Organs
It was oddly warm again this morning when Willow, Frio and I set off on our daily trek; I know the humidity was high because there was condensation on the windows of the CR-V when we left home.

We did what has become a usual hike for us:  down the LDR-A arroyo, east on the east/west cross trail to the new arroyo, up the left branch to its head, back down to the intersection with the right branch, and then up the right branch to its head and out on the steep hill leading to the upper flatland road.

Although we saw people walking with dogs in neighborhoods while coming and going today we saw nobody out in the desert--just as we like it.

This & next:  I've photographed this beast before

This & next:  Three Kings again

Ocotillo and yuccas

Shrunken head?

The rest:  too many photos of Frio and Willow
