Lenticular cloud signals how high the wind will be today
|
We're headed for a high in the mid-70s again today, and even though it was 50F when Willow, Frio and I hit the trail this morning it felt unusually warm. I was over dressed in a light vest and my Marmot PreCip jacket.

Where Tortugas and the Organs appear to meet

We did the same hike as the one we did yesterday, down the LDR-A arroyo, over to the new arroyo and up and down the left branch, up the right branch and out.
Both Frio and Willow enjoyed themselves immensely, and they were both very well behaved. I sure appreciate it when the Heelers are under control the way they were today.

I really like that last photo of Tortugas and the Organs. I'm enjoying the unusually warm weather.
