Bridal Veil Blooms

Cahl and Willow
We decided to do a large section of the Bridal Veil Falls Trail without actually going all the way down to the falls.

Even though we're headed for a high temperature of only 76F today it felt rather hot during the trek.  We took several extended shade/water breaks to make sure we stayed hydrated--Willow stayed hydrated.

The Fragrant Ash trees were blooming all over the place, but, surprisingly, were not all that fragrant.  They looked beautiful, though.

We ran into several outdoor enthusiasts while hiking the trail, a runner traveling a great distance and two other hikers, a man and woman.  The woman said to Willow, "How are you sweetie?"

I really enjoyed seeing all of the Fragrant Ash in bloom. My favorite photo of these trees is the second image to them hat you posted. Bridal Veil is such a beautiful trail.
