Two-Hour Three-Minute Hike

High desert near High Rolls
Dr. K, Becca and I took a long hike down the Bridal Veil Falls Trail this morning, and the weather was absolutely perfect for trekking.  We ran into nobody until we'd almost reached the end of our outing.  A small family--mother, father, girl and boy, mother-in-law--with two dogs, a little white fluff ball and a skinny Chihuahua, were out for some early sunshine and exercise.  Can't beat that.
