Just West of Tortugas

Hardly palletable
Becca and I did a moderately-long hike west of the mountain this morning, and the temperature was just below freezing (30F) when we started off.  It felt a bit chilly until he broke into the sunshine, the warmth making it quite comfortable in our section of the northern Chihuahuan Desert.  We bumped into our buddy Jimmy on the way in, and Becca was a happy camper.  She hadn't seen him for several weeks, and she was the embodiment of canine ecstasy.  Fortunately, we were able to keep her from spinning too much; Becca shows her elation by entertaining people with ballerina pirouettes.
