| Willow and Frio |
We saw several other outdoor enthusiasts in the desert during our exploration: the man/woman couple we see fairly often, who were already heading back on LDR; and a lone runner who was coming up behind us during our inbound leg on LDR, but who continued on that road when we crossed over to LDR-A. We also bumped into the little elderly two-hiking stick lady who greeted us and then said to Willow and Frio, "Hello doggies."
Owing to a breeze that picked up while we were enjoying our sojourn in Second Arroyo we didn't get overly hot during the trek, and we got some good exercise in on this Hump Day.

Nice photos of the blooming creosote. More and more desert plants are beginning to bloom thanks to the rains.
