Ninety Degrees on October One

Yucca heads will roll
Same hike as yesterday except today our destination was First Arroyo.  Even though it was 52F at the start of our trek we're headed for a high of 90F.  Did I mention that we're tired of the heat?

After a brief shade and water break in the shadow provided by the Mesquite Tree pictured below we headed back.  On the way we saw a woman running down LDR-A with a dog, so we got well off LDR to let them pass.  It was the woman whose dog calls out the worst in ours, but there was no interaction between them today.  The woman called out pleasantly, "Good morning" as they passed.

That was it--that was our hike today.
