Being Bugged

Could be where a coiled snake slept
Willow, Frio and I had to get a really early start this morning because I had a 10 a.m. doctor's appointment.  It still felt hot as hell out there.  Not only was the temperature unpleasant, but from beginning to end of our trek we were bugged by bugs.  Talk about annoying.

There were a few vehicles in the Tellbrook/Sonoma Ranch parking lot when we headed out, but we saw nobody in our neck of the woods (so to speak).  We like it that way.

The desert sure is beautiful after all the precipitation we've had of late; nearly the entire floor is carpeted with Chinchweed flowers.

Saw a White-lined Sphinx moth fly up there

You can barely make out the moth
