Rainout Early, "Windout" Late

First 4:  clouds over the Organs
The rain didn't stop this morning until about 10:15; Dr. K, Willow, Frio and I left the house at about 10:30.

By the time we got onto the trail the wind was howling, making it feel much colder than it actually was.  We didn't last very long out there, shortening the "hike" radically in order to get back to the warmth of the CR-V.

After our outing we drove over to the small local post office to mail three bills.

The rest:  distant views of Tortugas and the Organ Mountains
