Brighter and Warmer

Last night's sunset through a window
There was a freezing fog warning when we set off this morning, but all we saw out in the desert was a light mist; and it wasn't very cold.

We did get quite a lot of rain yesterday afternoon into the early evening, and when I went out to warm up the CR-V before Dr. K, Willow, Frio and I piled into it later there was significant ice on the windows.

Did our regular hike today, having to wait a while until Mr. and Mrs. Basset headed west down the Tellbrook Arroyo in front of us.  We think they have three adult and two puppy hounds nowadays.

We had a good trek out there, nonetheless, and got in some good exercise.
