Big Time Heat Up

1st 3:  morning sky and Ocotillos
50F when Dr. K, Willow, Frio and I started off this morning; cooler than we anticipated due to cloud cover.

We did our usual hike with the Heelers off lead for most of the way; they were very well behaved, not even chasing a jackrabbit that popped out of the underbrush very near to them.

We took a short drive after the trek noticing all the houses for sale in various neighborhoods.  Is is a buyers or sellers market these days?
