We did our usual hike with the Heelers off lead for most of the way; they were very well behaved, not even chasing a jackrabbit that popped out of the underbrush very near to them.
We took a short drive after the trek noticing all the houses for sale in various neighborhoods. Is is a buyers or sellers market these days?
