Looked pretty good when we started off this morning
|
There was a 15% chance of rain when Dr. K, Willow, Frio and I started our hike in the forest behind the cabin this morning. Naturally it began to rain at the midpoint of our trek.
It didn't come down too hard, though, and we only got a bit wet; nevertheless, we still had to wipe the Heelers down thoroughly when we returned to the cabin.
Packed up and headed down the mountain in the early afternoon. When we got here it was 78F. Geez!

I really like the two images of the point in the hike where the rain got heavier.
