37F with Moderate Wind

1st 4:  Tortugas and the Organs
The wind wasn't brisk this morning, but it did carry a chill; fortunately when we entered the east/west cross trail the breeze diminished.  It picked up again when we descended the middle branch arroyo.  All in all, though, the weather conditions were quite bearable.

We saw a few people out in the desert:  two women hiking with two white dogs and the guy who drives the black side-by-side with his dog.  Didn't see the Basset people, but it was obvious they'd descended LDR-A ahead of us.
