Off the IR

Early morning HIgh Rolls/Mountain Park
Today was the first day we took Becca off the injured reserve list and let her come on a short hike with us.  Dr. K, Becca and I did about two-thirds of the Grand View Trail, the two human hikers deciding to abbreviate the trek in order not to push the canine hiker too far.  Becca seemed to do well, and, boy, was she anxious to get back into action.  When we got home Dr. K and I drove down to the Lowe's in Alamogordo to pick up the Lithium-Ion battery-operated lawnmower we ordered.  I'm hoping I'll be able to use it in spots around here to cut down on the amount of time it takes me to trim grass and weeds.
