Cold 2 Almost Hot

Pretty darned cold at the start of our trek this morning, and quite windy.  The wind petered out not long after we began hiking; and the chilly conditions gave way to bright sunshine that soon took the edge off the cold.  In fact, by the time we were ascending LDR to get back into the high flatland we began to feel almost hot.

We saw no other outdoor enthusiasts during our journey today, and no cars were parked in the lot at the corner of Tellbrook and Sonoma Ranch.  Kind of the way we like it.  :)
