Cut It Short

This & next 2:  flowering Soaptree Yuccas
68F when we started off today, but it felt much hotter out in the desert; in fact, I cut the hike a bit short due to the weather conditions.  The humidity might have been a tad higher as well.

Both Willow and Frio were OK in the heat, but they required many shade breaks; all right by me.

We saw no critters nor humans during our trek, but when we exited Right Branch Arroyo I saw, from the top of the hill, Mr. White Hat's large white van.  Didn't see him nor his dog, though.
