First 2: morning sky

We had just emerged from LDR-A arroyo onto the dirt road when Dr. K spotted the woman who runs with her dog headed our way. We backed Willow and Frio into the desert, but they went ballistic. Really pissed me off.
And then Willow so aggressively sniffed the desert floor due to critters (and a dog) that had passed through recently I decided to shorten the hike significantly in order to not struggle with pulling dogs.
After following the east/west cross trail to the right branch arroyo we simply headed south to the source and exited via the steep hill to the west.
