A Little Bit Wild

Long view of Tortugas and the Organs
Heelers were a bit wild this morning while off lead, dashing into the desert outside of our route several times, hunting for something to chase.  I chastised them each time and put them back onto their leads.  This is a technique I used to good results with Becca.

Willow was very bad yesterday afternoon as we were leaving the vet's office after the Heelers got their rattlesnake shots.  She got into a barking and snarling exchange with several dogs near the front door, even charging at them as if to fight; I have little doubt she would have fought them.  Training for her has just intensified several fold.

I must say that our vet's office has been rearranged in a peculiar way, cutting down on available space and relegating seating to two wooden benches right near the front door.
