Cold at Start

A third of the way down LDR-A arroyo
35F at the beginning of our trek today, though it didn't feel too cold because of the bright sunshine; and the light breeze wasn't a factor.

We did our usual trek this morning, with Frio and Willow loose a good bit of the time.  Twice I had to put Frio back on lead because he went running through the desert searching for something to chase.  He ended up barking aggressively at an old rusty bucket he chanced upon, feeling quite foolish when he recognized his mistake.

As a former teacher I feel confident in giving them a grade of C+ for their behavior today.
