I like this version a bit better because the white lettering stands out more.
I agree with Dr. K. And I like the image of the road.
Packrat: In my humble opinion, I think that you need to capture a really good image of virga for the cover of your book. You know that I think very highly of your photography, but in this case, I think you need to make an exception and bite the bullet and buy an image if you can't capture one yourself. My comments, for what they're worth.
