Barely Avoiding the Cold Air

Dr. K, Becca and I were fortunate this morning during our long hike around Tortugas Mountain.  For the most part it was sunny and fairly warm.  Right at the tail end of the trek, though, the wind picked up, and the cold front that will be chilling our area began to sweep in.  We quickly went from feeling warm to feeling cold.  We're only supposed to hit 60 F today, and we're dipping to a sub-freezing temperature of 27 F tonight.  Brrrr!
